I bought a white Ford Fiesta from here a couple of months ago as a first car for my son. As promised the car was ready for pickup and was prepared in pristine condition. The salesman was open and reassuring and provided a real attention to detail explaining the full conditions of the warranty etc. The attitude of the team at Fastlane seemed refreshingly conscientious with an emphasis on quality and was exactly what I was looking for. I rarely leave reviews but was so impressed by the standard of service I thought I should take the time to share.

I have pleasure in writing a fantastic review for Fast Lane Motors in Trentham, Stoke. It is a rare occasion I write reviews but I feel I should with my recent experience with this new car company. After someone crashed into me and my much loved Mini in March, I was without my lovely car, gone forever sadly. I had been researching the internet for 2 month\'s, looking for another beautiful Mini, not to replace my other car, she was fabulous, one in a million. I just love BMW Minis. After what seemed like a long time I came across a stunning Mini Cooper Coupe S at the end of April, my friend and I went to view it, I knew she was the one. 1 week later I collected our lovely new Mini Cooper Coupe S. I would like to say the staff I dealt with are absolutely lovely, very professional, warm and friendly especially Tom, who as well as in sales he is also an engineer and very knowledgeable. George, Anthony, Mark and Graham the owner are all a delight to do business with. There were a few minor things needed doing after I brought Mini home May Bank Holiday Monday 2024, I called the showroom, Anthony and Tom dealt with them immediately with no trouble at all. May I also add the showroom is stunning and prestigious, selling quality prestige cars, however please look at there stock as there maybe something for you within your budget too. Even if you are travelling a little distance as I did, you will not regret the trip, you\'ll be greeted with a warm welcome and even a coffee, now where do you get that service these days? I think a lot of companies could learn a lot from this professional company regarding Customer Service as they treat there people, customers very well with respect, warmth and humour, making it a thoroughly enjoyable fun visit. Please be lovely with the staff at Fast Lane, as they cannot do enough for you, and will go out of their way, to make you happy and satisfied with the purchase of your new car. Fast Lane Motors in Trentham, Stoke will be my now GO-TO prestige car showroom to purchase any future cars. A Fabulous Car Dealership. When looking for a new car Fast Lane was recommended to myself for both the cars they sell and customer service. I have been very pleased with both my new car and the customer service i received. As it states on the website Fast Lane were able to fine the right used Jaguar to meet not only my requirements but also my budget. I informed Fast Lane of the car Specification and price I wanted and within a short period of time I had a phone call informing me a Jaguar meeting all the requirements was in the show room. As buying a car can be a big decision it was encouraging to know I was able to view and test drive the car at a time which fitted in with my busy life style without feeling pushed and rushed into buying the car. Before buying the car I was offered a second test drive ensuring I was making the right decision. In regard to my old car I was offered a very reasonable and fair price in part exchange for my new car. Once I had brought the car the outstanding customer service does not stop there. I have returned with the car to have a minor fault rectified to which a convenient time has been arranged to get this complete. I am very pleased with the products and the service which Fast Lane have provided for me and will continue to use my local family ran business to buy future cars along with having all my services and MOTs complete.
